[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — flight cancelled by indigo 6e-7162 on 28th aug 2018 - no refund

I got confirmed ticket on 6e-7162 (Blr-trz) on 28th aug 2018 and the pnr fcby2m. Indigo airlines cancelled the flight 6e-7162 dt. 28th aug 2018 and they have not provided any back up flight for my travel.
I have asked for refund of my entire ticket amount which is pending from indigo for more than two weeks. Pls refund my ticket amount at the earliest.

Updated by beenapad i have not booked the ticket through any travel agency. I have done the booking directly hence the refund should come to my account. Please check properly before responding. Don't give false informationi
