[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — flight delay | |||
The flight was scheduled to depart at 8:30pm from ranchi and land delhi at 10:30pm. However, it is 12:30 am of the next day and we are stuck at lucknow airport. Even when there wasn't any planned layover. There is sheer wasting of time by the crew instead of answering our queries. This is utter irresponsibility from indigo. The passengers include old people and kids who have slept crying of hunger. Does indigo even care for it's passengers anymore? Extremely disappointed in the service. No compensations have been promised. Even when there's a delay of approximately 3 hours, just the method has been altered. Some of the passengers have emergencies and this is simple negligence. There should be refund to compensate the loss of our time and the inconveniences caused. Was this information helpful? | |||
