[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — flight delay due to overbooking | |||
We where harassed despite arriving for our flight on time. Our flight was overbooked and the gates where closed before 60 minutes prior to departure. Me along with the traumatised and exasperated 82 year old grandfather where made to move from one counter to another then another total 4 in total. Airport manager ratan, indigo supervisor pompy who where all cocky, rude, ignorant and happy to declare how we had missed our flight totally and had to pay more money to get the next one. Nobody believed that we where on time, my grandfather almost slipped on the airport while running from one counter to another hoping to catch the flight that indigo had already overbooked and had no place for us. Nobody bothered to tell us that until after 30 minutes of shouting when they took our names and matched with the fact that we had reached the counter on time and a call was placed putting our name to the supervisor to have us on the next flight. Unbelievably pathetic and callous service from indigo. Was this information helpful? | |||

If the author do not know the basic elements of the complaining,
he or she can hire a lawyer or legal profesiinal in the demanded fiyld for the agreed monetary remuniration.
Nobody has a duty to examine the unidentified complaints.
As weell as nobody is entitled to occupy the position without the proper education or proper training.
