Indigo Airlines — flight getting delayed and still no proper feedback. my infant child is facing lots of problem

My flight 6E175 from varanasi to mumbai via delhi on dated 13 june 2015. It departs from varanasi 1 hr delayed. After reaching to delhi still its not prepared to take off from delhi to mumbai.Already its delayed by 4 hrs till now. Further also there is no positive sign. My infant child and another child of 7 yrs both are facing problems due to hunger and thirst. From airline side not satisfactory behaviour. Please do the needful.
