[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — flight got delayed before 5 minutes without informing

I was travelling from chennai to ahmedabad and my departure time was 4.10 so i headed toward gate. There i asked indigo employee about my flight so she said its delayed by 1 hr and i told her that you didnt informed me then she tells me that "its silent airport so we dont make any announcement please check the screen" i had already checked the screen so i told her that its displaying "bording" on the screen but she didnt bilived me so i just went to the screen and took a photo and showed it to her so she is like "aww" and called somebody to change the time and thats it she didnt even care to give me an answer
I had booked my further trasporationof 4 person at 7.30pm and i didnt even got the bus so my 2500 rs got wasted because of the delay i had booked the bus befor 10 minitues of departure if they informed us then we might not book the bus.

Today 7th Sept I travelled in indigo 6e 918 from Kolkata to delhi.where I checked my trolley bag ..after reaching Delhi when I get my trolley back then one wheel of my trolley was broken ...now it's no o[censored]se...so careless handling by indigo staffs
