[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — flight missed | |
Due to your staff members we were not able to catch our flight and we were at exact time and were at in the que and your staff delay the process of check-in nd when we got our turn they said you are late 5 minutes so we can't give you the check-in hence still we got the 40 mints still they didn't give the check-in to us, we are very angry nd we are middle class don't afford this kind of this after requesting a lot they didn't give. Nd we have to take another flight about 20k rupees, just way out of our budget so i just need refund for my money and what harrassing customer service i have got nd my mom a old lady, they didn't give help to us literally just 5 minutes. Verified Support Jun 26, 2019 IndiGo Customer Care's response Hi Shivi, We understand missing a flight could be distressful. Please know that we have to close our check-in counter 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time to maintain on-time performance. Our staff always try to accept passengers reporting marginally late, however, keeping in mind the nature of our operations, it is not always possible for us to accept passengers reporting after counter/boarding gate closure.
