With hope am raising complaint here please update positively.
We had booked 2 flight tickets in indigo airlines (6e 2132) for 21.09.2019 and departure time of the flight was 6:05 am with amount of (Rs.8990) and we have been reached airport by 5:15am itself (Before 45mnts) with scan copy of boarding pass, since we booked the flight in night we couldn't able to take print out and thought to take morning inside the airport since it's early morning flight schedule no shops and also weekend (Saturday). While entered pnr no in boarding pass screen by 5.15 am unable to take print out and it showing as gate closed.
We were shocked and started running to counterpart and argued with manger and staffs when we have reached before 45mnts why not allowing us but they have not bothered about our concern and feelings casually they were telling we can't do anything and they have not help us with hard copy also for 1 rupee print out they thought so much to grab money from us and they have not think about our fare charges which we have already paid to airlines for the trip.
Rather than helping the customer they were keep on telling as per the policy gate closed and for we can arrange rescheduling flight which is available on 10:10 am.
Since we were newly married couple i felt very bad in front my spouse and to do not disappoint her i have agreed for rescheduling flight but they have charged us around rs.11, 732 which is more than a ticket charges of previous booking. Totally we spent rs.20, 700 for one way trip.
At 6 am we have called indigo customer service for refund there also same kind of attitude and they were telling we have reached late to counterpart by 5.32 am so we can’t help if they want the footage o[censored]s tell them to check in airport cctv facility by what time we have entered and checked about boarding pass.
We suffered a lot (Mentally and financially) due to their act of negligence. Even i booked other flight my mind was fully disturbed because lose of money and the way they treated us literaly very painful and its spoiled my trip mode.
As you aware money is most important and without having any use we have lost our money (Sorry correct word is indigo airlines has did robbed our money) and harassed mentally.
We have carried some amount in card for trip whereas almost 12k we spent for rescheduling itself.
Hope you understand our concern and take a complaint on serious note and help us for the refund it will help me a lot financially.
