Indigo Airlines — Flight ticket asked to taken twice and no refund on the same. | |||||
Hi, i have taken a ticket from cochin to trivandrum on 28july 2016 with my net banking and after that i got an email saying the payment is on hold and please pay with other card and indigo send me a link for the same. I followed that link and it directly went to payment and i paid with my credit card. And the payment went trough and the booking was done. At the same time my other net banking one has also been booked. Now they allowed 2 seats for the same passenger with all the same details. And then i called the customer care they argue that they call me for the duplicate change. But wat is the point in that, if someone dint take the call, y can't u email them and let them know wats happening. I need my full refund for one of my tickets. I'm an nri and indigo was one good airlines i always take for my domestic travel. This is so sad happend from indigos side. My 2 pnr numbers are k998jm and a53tki. flight person come to me n had confirmed with pilot also, that there are two person with me (amit barod and hitesh pithadia). Then also they not waiting for us closed entry. Even i was on last gate, n request ur person but they not reply not possible.
