I had booked round the trip tickets from hyderabad (Dec 21st 2018) to delhi and from delhi to hyderabad (Dec 27 2018). By mistake my friend updated my last name with nickname. When i called the indigo customer care for the correction they are asking me to cancel my ticket and re book again and this will cost me 12 thousand extra.
Current incorrect names in the ticket
1. Littu rahul
2. Prashanth prashanth
But am asking them to change it to
1. P rahul
2. P prashanth
Pnr's of my tickets are jiweta and jglk8d
Please help me with this. It is the responsibility of the indigo to provide an option to correct the names to its customers but they are making profits by improper ways. Was this information helpful? |
