[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — fragile bag was damaged and lock broken | |||
Its been 12 day so called number one airlines in india doesn't have time to even respond to customer complaint. So arrogant and such an attitude from a service provider... Wow sky is actually turned blue... Never expected that an organisation will have such behaviour and cheat customers like this for such a small issue.. Don't worry now i wont even expect any response but have learnt a lesson.. I had to pay a price for using number one airlines and will assure that i will not make a same mistake again.. For indigo its just another passenger and i am sure will not impact much but please be mindful mr bhatia that kingfisher was also number 1 at one time. It will be very difficult to cheat customers like this and show attitude for a very long time and make your customer suffer.. Was this information helpful? | |||
