I was traveling from Delhi to Leh by Indigo Flight 6E 5607. My PNR is JM1G7S. They have left me in Jammu. They cancelled my ongoing flight, due to inclement weather Leh. They neither transferred me to another flight not they have given refund of the flight. I am Stranded here in Jammu on Nature's Mercy. They have not given any accommodation, no food, water nothing. and left me saying sorry. My flight costed 13780rs. Indigo Airlines left me in Jammu and deducted 9000rs and left me on my own. In the end I had to book another flight of 16268 rupees on my own from Air India to proceed further. How can an airline leave it's passenger in mid way and charge for the 80% of Fair. Either they should take responsibility of the passengers or they should not fly at all. This is the worst thing some one can do with someone. Leave a passenger in mid way and charge for 80% of Fair. Not taking responsibility of anything. No accommodation, nothing.
