[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — fraud done by indigo | |||||
We had booked tickets to bangalore to mumbai and we reached the airport just ten min late before the board chek in and indigo people refuse to issue the boarding pass though we were at airport 30 min prior but due to car issue couldn’t reach and they have told us to take new tickets which was 37000 rs nothing got adjusted with old tickets.. Same happened with us while coming back but spice jet issued us boarding tickets hence forth bad service given to customer and just looting people very bad experience.
