[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — frustration caused due to delay and cancellation of flights. refund of money spend. | |||
Respected sir/mam I myself prof shajee balakrishnan was having indigo flight ticket of 6e-223 from bom-cok on 18 january 2019. This flight was cancelled in morning around 8am. Since i had to reach cok on that day i had to go with a connecting flight via blr. Ticket pnr-myvlgv-6e 6939/6965 connecting flight 18 jan bomblr/blrcok 12.40-14.20/18.45-20.00 was issued to me.in flight 6e-6939 i reached blr. Till then we knew the next connecting flight from blr was delayed. When we got down at blr a new message came that blr - cok flight 6e-6965 is cancelled. When we went to indigo counters in blr we were told to catch next flight on 19 jan2019 at 4.05pm. Since it was a need of ours, we had to stay in hotel till next day. We booked rooms in a hotel in blr and stayed their as no accomdation was provided by indigo. We my family, my sister, my nees and my mother were travelling in same flight. Her tickets were booked and was having another pnr number. Since i have two small childrens we could not stay in airport overnight. I had to payrs 8000r including (Travelling, food and staying). I moved to cok on 19th jan 2019 in flight 6e-347 from blr-cok. My pnr number was myvlgv. During this entire episode it was very disturbing and very tiring mentally. Even i had to go to hospital due to mental stress caused. What i expect from you is the refund of above said amount and assurance that such things will never happen in future to anyone if possible. I have been a frequent traveller in indigo flight. This happened first time. If refund is not done or you are not getting back to me i will surely go to press.
