Respected sir, This is in regards to cancellation of ticket - pnr - uh6vhq, name of augustin sagar from cok-sharjah on 21st august. Fight was cancelled due to flood situation& cial airport closure. I made several calls to customer service and was given assurance that no money will be deducted from the original amount which is 171615. Now i learned that only 12315 is credited to the bank. Deduction of 485 is done I would like your good office to look into this matter Was this information helpful? | |

And tried to e-boarding passes but there are free boarding seats are limited when all the seats have to allot what is the meaning of Rs. 200 charges for e boarding Please eliminate the charges, that is illegal charges and against the rules.
