Indigo Airlines — ground crew misleading passengers | |||
Hi indigo team This is a very unpleasant experience which i need to share. I got misleaded by the ground crew. I reached the indira gandhi domestic airport t1 prior 60minutes i. E. Before 1 hour, by reachin there i was asked to stand at the express counter and not the normal counters though it shouldn't be the scenario, because according to my knowledge and experience it should be only before 45-40mintues. Thereafter, i stood there for full 45mintues while i kept telling the indigo ground crew that my flight is on 6:45 a. M. At dot 6:35a. M they tell me the flight is full n they cannot accomodate me. So this is what i face after getting up early in the morning standing in the express que which was asked by indigo's ground crew and ultimately miss my flight which was extremely essestial for me as i had a business meeting to attend. So not just a monetary loss but a loss at the end of my company and also a physical harrashment as well. My request to the forum is to loge a complaint against indigo airlines for misleading and giving wrong information to the passengers.
