Indigo Airlines — Harassment by check-in staff

I am putting up the case of indigo check-in staff entire hierarchy for playing games for pulling more money from customer pocket. I also suppose to board flight 6e-494 delhi-patna which is scheduled to depart at 6:45a.M. Now let me take you step by step. I was standing in que to get the baording pass. Their few counters were operation and loaded with passenger it was 6:05 when i reached the counter, the gentle sitting their straight way said no to me because i was late by 5 mins than later getting into arguments & all he sended me to another desk, where lady named ms. Sushmita straight way said you cant board it because you are late. They both were repeating it in loop but not ready to even listen and she offered me to buy another flight. When i asked for escalation she said to reach another desk. It was already 6:40 when i reached to their so called customer care manager ms. Kiran. She was rude and arrogant and not even addressing me and was over the phone and fighting with someone in his family. She was not able to manage work-life balance and bursting out on customer. After 20 mins of argument she told me to go and buy another ticket because we will not refund and when i asked how much it will cost then they came up with price of rs.7000/- whose break-up was cancellation fees ( which is something i was not able to understand that why would be a cancellation fees because i didn't made anything), ecom charges( which again not understandable to me) and then base fare.

They were neither agreeing on refund nor on giving me a solution. Upselling product considering customer is in bad situation clearly show how they take advantage to the customer situations.

I agree that i was late by 5 mins but if their was no que or their counters were operational i would have reached on time. This situation was created by them only.

Again charging any amount is also something which was in their hand because their is no transparency in that.

And charging money against a service which i had not availed is not acceptable.

And the most pathetic is the way they treated me and ruined my day, money and tortured me for hour is forcing me to write this.
