I booked my flight with indigo airline from ahmedabad to dubai on 9th nov.
Me and my wife (4 months pregnant) were travelling together,
Our flight timing was 12.50 am, we reached at the airport at around 11.45 pm, all counters were closed, and hardly i found one indigo staff, gujatati speaking and christian name i think charles was his name, i asked him and without listening anything he denied that we cant board flight, even though it was more than one hour remaining before flight departure. He was very rude and arrogant, trying to show us that he is everything on the floor, me and my wife request him so many times but didnt allow us to fly, and just wasted time into show that he is busy in process, as a customer service he should have help us to board when one pregnant lady is flying, at the end he was just walking around and my wife asked him and try request him again and angrily he said that i was going to allow u to board but now i will not do, let me see how u will catch this flight, these were his words. It was showing his arrogancy and his own decision own his own mind, not on customer's favor and and try to help customer, when specially one pregnant lady was flying, he harras us with arroganc and not helped customer to give better service, it was enough time to finish all paper work, our check in, and boarding. But indigo staff showed their faliure to do this, afrer slmetime another lady came but was trying to sell me anothrr ticket for the next day. And i want you to take a solid action about this to prevent that these kind of thing wont happen in future.
I lost my money which is quite big amount for 2 tickets and trust with indigo airline the most important thimg is my time, i supppse to resume at work today on 9th nov. But i couldnt just because of on indigo staff's arrogance. This thing happened with me once around 7 yeard ago and jet airways staff was much helpful and supportive. Same with spicejet also which we use mostly to fly, coz its easier for us, they keep counter open till 45 minutes before flying. This was my biggest mistake that i choose indigo and i wasted my precious time, ticket fare, and got harrassed by arrogant staff of indigo. Hopefully u will take some satisfying action about this and make me feel comfortable to choose indigo again in future.

im always hearing about ur bad service, recently the same incident happened with one of the famous advocate.
indigo is very famous airline i[censored] want to have the worst flying experince.
im strongly recommending indian airline commision to cancel Indigo airline's licence for international flights, they r ok for domestic flights, but indigo airline or their staff are not liable to serve for international flights. again my request to discontinue all international flights from indigo airline...
