[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — I am complaining about the extra charges levied

I travelled on flight number 6e 2554. I was having 3 tickets x9qkre I was fined 4000 rs for carrying 10 kg extra baggage although i wasn't allowed to carry any cabin baggage despite of my 3 tickets. I was travelling with my two kids and it was really embrassing and worst experience. If these are the things, we will not travel with your airline ever. I could have carried 21kgs cabin baggage but wasn't allowed to carry even one and also fined. You are requested to return that extra charges. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Verified Support Jun 01, 2019 IndiGo Customer Care's response Hi Pridhi, Sorry to note your disappointment. We do understand your concern. But if you wish to carry more than the allowed baggage limit, necessary charges will be applicable. However, As per the policy, INR 4, 000 was charged for 10 Kg excess baggage.
