Indigo Airlines — I cancel my ticket but did not get money back

I book my 5 ticket in goindigo for 8 dec 2016 ahmedabad to delhi, , one child two male adult and two female adult, I already cancel my ticket, i talked with representative and he confirm me get money 6 or 7 working days now completed more than 20 days not get my money all name
