I missed flight just 20min i requested as i was met with accident den also they didn't accepted... But airlines took 2hrs just to wait crew... Even i paid extra money and took next flight but now u ppl delayed 2hrs moreover as i got delayed by your airline i lost my business and client i need your airline to refund my flight amount coz it was delayed for more then 2hrs

We understand missing a flight could be upsetting. However, to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the check-in counter/ boarding gate before 45 mins and 25 mins of flight departure. Sadly, you had reported after closure, hence we were unable to allow you onboard.
