[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — I lost my business coz of 2 hrs delay by u ppl

I missed flight just 20min i requested as i was met with accident den also they didn't accepted... But airlines took 2hrs just to wait crew... Even i paid extra money and took next flight but now u ppl delayed 2hrs moreover as i got delayed by your airline i lost my business and client i need your airline to refund my flight amount coz it was delayed for more then 2hrs

We understand missing a flight could be upsetting. However, to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the check-in counter/ boarding gate before 45 mins and 25 mins of flight departure. Sadly, you had reported after closure, hence we were unable to allow you onboard.
Further, our operations dependent on various factors some are beyond our control and determine our on-time performance. We recognize the importance of maintaining our flight schedules and assure you the best of our efforts to eliminate or minimize the causes of delay, which are within our control.
