Indigo Airlines — I want my refund for my medical emergency that was unassisted by the working people

I had a Panick attack 2 hrs before the flight, instead of helping me they misbehaved with me . Then they brought the doctor, the doctor said I was not fit for the travel . I want my full refund for my flight . My PNR : T2VLMX.
