Indigo Airlines — i want the ceo to apologize to all the people who were caught up in this and be compensated

My siblings booked a flight from mumbai to manipur for today i. E 16/06/2020 however when they went to the airport they were informed that the flight will stop at guwahati and that is city which we are not
Familiar and have no one there, they were not informed any of this in advance, so my siblings asked to reschedule the flight however was denied and were not given any other options. Refund was impossible. So my siblings has no choice but to board the plane. Right now as i write this they are stuck at guwahati airport waiting for an overpriced bus service which may or not come. Being stuck inside the airport soon to be kicked out of the airport because they had been waiting for the bus for a couple of hours now. Indigo needs to take responsibility because when we book and paid for the flight contract was made and that indigo have to reach the destination which the customers paid for. I tried contacting their customer service twice but they disconnected my call in between. We chose to fly as we believed that would be the safest but that was all for naught because they will be traveling from guwahati to manipur. We are out of pocket we used what little money we have to go back home as we don't even know how long we are going to be working. I am now constantly worried that something might happen to them. I would like indigo to take full responsibility and refund the money we paid the service which indigo failed to deliver. I want the ceo to apologize to all the people who were caught up in this and be compensated. I will never stop untill i get the resolution that we deserve.
