Indigo Airlines — I was not assisted properly

Two air hostess/assistant sitting in the delhi airport terminal 3 misguided us due to which we missed our flight and didn't let us check in..
Also they were very unprofessional and rude..
This happened on 23/06/2019 at 4:30 am at the indigo kuala lumpur counter..
We missed our flight and had to book again which lead to huge loss..
Kindly take up to the matter at the earliest
