[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — improper carriage of luggage | |
Yesterday I was travelling from Mumbai to Kolkata with flight number 6E-272/353 Pnr- BCCGSM. My check-in luggage was totally damaged and this is the first time that ever happend to me and this is all due to your poor care by your staff member. This changed my thought about yoir service and this made me sure that never take an Indigo flight. Pls improve your luggage facility so that other passengers don't have same feel, just like me.
