I had a flight on 27th oct, 2018 from hyderabad to vadodara at 05:20 morning but not sure why team indigo had the flight departed at 05:10 which was 10 mins prior to the departure and did not care to call me once on my phone even after i had web-check in done in advance.
I was there at the airport since 4:30 but due to congestion of flights in morning from hyderabad the security clearance took away my time and resulted into this scenario. I would like to complain about indigo that they should at least send an sms to customers in case of change in timings. Please help me with the same and let me know what actions can be taken.
