[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — incorrect booking on website

I just made a booking under the students category for 31st march but my itinerary does not reflect that it was made under students category. The baggage allowance also shows 15 kgs which should have been 25 kgs. The whole purpose of making this booking under students category was to avail the facility of carrying 25 kgs baggage. It is highly inconvenient at this moment. The website needs to be fixed and i want my itinerary to reflect the said changes right away.

To submit the "empty" sentences without the full ticket, which includes PNR and receipt, is useless.
As nobody can understand the logics.

You can introduce with the basic requirements for complaining via this short link:
you can forget about the monetary claim in practice.

Such are the civil aviation rules in India and outside India .
