[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — incorrect booking on website | |||
I just made a booking under the students category for 31st march but my itinerary does not reflect that it was made under students category. The baggage allowance also shows 15 kgs which should have been 25 kgs. The whole purpose of making this booking under students category was to avail the facility of carrying 25 kgs baggage. It is highly inconvenient at this moment. The website needs to be fixed and i want my itinerary to reflect the said changes right away. Was this information helpful? | |||
