[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — indigo air lines issued ticket and rescheduled time from 5am to 1240pm on 29th november 2019 | |||||
I purchased a ticket from bangalore to visakhapatnam on 29t november 2019. Ticket was booked on 9th sept 2019 and indigo did not inform me about rescheduling the time form 5am to 1240 am. I travelled from houston tx to visakhapatnam and reached 12am on 29th the early hours and and i have to wait 12 hours in bangalore air port We are two passengers me and my wife. My travel agent also informed me that they did not get advance notice to inform me. Inconvenience is caused and we are senior citizens and having health issues We request you to arrange a compensation of $10000 for each o[censored]s as compensation.
