[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — indigo airline: luggage received in damage condition | |||
PNR : OECRVJ FLIGHT FROM : Patna to Bangalore. Date: 3rd April Ph- +[protected] Hi, I am a frequent flyer and always prefer Indigo Airlines. At Patna Airport, I gave my luggage in good condition but received it in damage condition at Bangalore Airport. When I checked with Indigo Team available at Airport to raise complain, they asked me check with some guy who was not available at that moment and since I was in rush I could not raise a complaint at that time. Since I bought this luggage recently and received it in damage condition from Airline side, I want you to get me new luggage of same model for this. I have attached the pics for the same. Verified Support Apr 09, 2018 IndiGo Customer Care's response Hi Shashank, We regret to hear about your experience. As per our investigation, the case was not reported at our arrival customer service desk due to which are unable to take this any further. As per policy, all cases of mishandled bag needs to be reported at the destination airport in order to assist the passenger. However, we have taken a due note of your comment on our services and have shared your experience with our airport teams to further review and to ensure baggage delivery as per the standard practices. Hi,
I am a frequent flyer and always prefer Indigo Airlines. At Dibrugarh Airport, I gave my luggage in good condition but received it in damage condition at Bangalore Airport. When I checked with Indigo Team available at Airport to raise complain, they asked me check with some guy who was not available at that moment and since I was in rush I could not raise a complaint at that time.
Since I bought this luggage recently and received it in damage condition from Airline side, I want you to get me new luggage of same model for this.
I have attached the pics for the same. Hoping to hear form you soon.
