[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Indigo Airlines group booking partial cancellation

We have booked a group booking tickets by making a quarter payment. Due to the lockdown situation we have requested for cancellation 15 days prior. Where they have cancelled with 100% Forfeiture. Which is pathetic.

However when i reached out to [protected]@goindigo.in they are telling this cancellation policy is as per there website.

But their website doesn't mentioned such things which is misleading to customer:

If we are not aware the policy are how can we act on it?
They should provide the cancellation polices and cannot imply there own rules to scam and make the people suffer.
