We have booked a group booking tickets by making a quarter payment. Due to the lockdown situation we have requested for cancellation 15 days prior. Where they have cancelled with 100% Forfeiture. Which is pathetic.
However when i reached out to [protected]@goindigo.in they are telling this cancellation policy is as per there website.
But their website doesn't mentioned such things which is misleading to customer:

If we are not aware the policy are how can we act on it?
