I needed a travel certificate for a reimbursement purpose. So i paid the 200 rupees for issuing the travel certificate through my debit card from the indigo website. But despite paying the 200, i did not receive a travel certificate to my email address. I called customer care, they suggested me to pay once again. I made payment again but not received certificate. Money got debited twice from my account. My travel details are as follows. Pnr no.
