Indigo flight -6E 355 from Coimbatore to Bangalore on 15th november. All Passengers were affected with this type of arrangement while departure. The ground staff one boy called numbers from seat 20 onwards. all before this number to go gate number 7. So departure of passengers from gate 2 ...seat number 20 onwards. Since gate no 7 was on first floor all lift and access blocked. security opened after 10 minutes and about 50 passengers went to first floor.Nothing happened. Security informed to go down after 15 minutes.
When we came down we find boarding is continuing on gate Number 2.
Indigo ground staff to be trained and inconvenience to passengers by INDIGO. The flight was to depart at 20.55 and left after 1 hour. Who will compensate to passengers for Indigos mismanagement.? Was this information helpful? |
