Indigo Airlines — Indigo Airlines Ticket is not booked but amount is deducted and showing payment status pending

Hello,

Today (02nd January 2023), I booked my ticket on the Indigo website for a round trip from Ahmedabad to Guwahati on 27th January 2023. The amount is debited from my account, but the payment status still shows "Payment Pending". I also tried to retrieve the itinerary through my PNR No. WJ56JB, but the Payment status still shows pending.
I would like to know when Indigo will refund the 16, 725/- in my account.

Dear Sir,

We would like to clarify that the booking is hold canceled due to declined transaction. The amount will be auto-refunded to the same mode of payment within 7-10 working days as the transaction was declined. Please check with the bank for further assistance.
