This is a complain regarding flight booking. I would want to let you know that this indigo flight has made my journey horrible due to there responsible schedule of changing the gate number at the last moment and without any email notifications.
I have taken this flight to reach in bhopal on the same day but i got stuck in bangalore whole day due to their reschedule.
Details: while reaching to bangalore by this flight i have received the boarding pass. There i have clearly asked indigo employees who was assisting everyone to get their boarding pass that mam which gate i should be going. She has tick on the boarding pass and said it 17th gate number which was mentioned in the boardingpass. I was confident enough and reached gate 17 and were waiting for the flight 2.25pm i hv to catch another flight towards bhopal but at 2.10 there were no queue and i was asking to the assistant that i need an entry. They said the last moment the gate number has been changed from 17 to 6: (
How would i know when there is no mail communication. I called indigo customer care and they were not able to help they said they ha e texted a message which is not acceptable as the boarding pass is the latest copy which we received and it is wrong in that. While giving the entry they doesn't give entry based k. Text messages but the only boarding pass.
I would like to appeal a complain that the indigo airline should refund the airport charges and the flight charges from bangalore to bhopal.
As to bear that i had to book another flight which was not available to bhopal but indore and i hv to suffer by traveling all the way from bus and train to my home.
Please raise a complaint and help me in providing a solution for this.
