[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — indigo staff broke my suitcase lock | |||
My suitcase had chain and lock. Indigo ground staff at madurai airport has broken the lock and chain both and had attached their blue string to lock it. This is highly unacceptable. Its so risky. I had my valuable stuff in it. And i am highly disappointed. I want a solution to this asap. Cannot accept this from indigo. The suitcase was in a good condition, but now they have broken the chain and the lock is missing. How will i travel now further. It isn't in operating condition at all.
