We have been an old satisfied customer of indigo airlines since past 7 years. I've never faced any problem before but the scenario which occured on 30th october 2018 was so disheartening that i was bound to withdraw my best wishes from your organisation.
My mother-in law who is 72 years old and ailing with arthritis accompanied by my son a minor of 12 year were trying hard to find a helper or an assistance in the whole airport who could guide them to do the needful on 30th october when they were ready to catch their flight to kolkata from pune : flight no. 6e 523, booking reference zfjmnj.
Early morning they were trying their level best to lift the heavy baggages for the luggage check-in where no one gave a helping hand rather my child proved that he is capable of doing it without any "adult" help, they were walking towards the counter to collect their boarding pass when people from behind overtook them and by the time they reached the counter they claimed that the counter was closed. Not a single time in that half an hour did i (From outside the airport door) or any other passenger hear any of the indigo personnels calling out for the last call to collect the boarding pass. This is so shameful that personnel or rather gentlemen who were at the counter had the audacity to refuse and not help out to us. The behaviour was so rude that they simply denied any help or assistance rather just shoved us away. A company wanting to earn profits and not at all for customer relationship should feel ashamed and sorry for such an ungracious behaviour. The personnel not only ill-treated my 12 year old boy but also my mother in law who has the right to get respect from every person in this world.
