Dear Sir, I submitted the complaint regarding intentionally charging for extra weight on 15.09, 17.09 & 21.09. It is ridiculous that you are replying in a very vague manner and declaring that matter is resolved. Is it your target to collect money by hook or by crook from the customers. Your service level is extremely poor. Try to refund the amount Rs. 4, 000/- which you collected from me on 15.09 at the same A/c. I shall wait for 15 more days, after that I shall go to consumer's forum to tackle you. Condition of your Air crafts are extremely bad. I shall write to face book, whats app also to all media for your such a poor service. Kindly refund me the money back, else I shall take my own action. you people are thinking the no competitor for you, hence whatsoever you people will think you will do. your autocratic business will not last long. One time Sahara, Kingfisher were performing business, now they are no more. We will see that you are also closing your business. Make proper dealing with customers. Your cheating baji business the the travelers will not tolerate for longer time. Why you did not allow me to split up the luggage?
