This is regarding my two india dmostic booking PNR- FLFSPZ and HKFF9M. I called Indigo customer care on 11th Jan, approx 11 am to cancel these tickets and checked with them about the options of cancellation. executive confirmed that he will provide the full refund with voucher of Indigo of same value. FLFSPZ- approx 11k and HKFF9M- approx 16k. Executive also confirmed that I will receive the cancellation confirmation in 1 hour.
I waited for cancellation confirmation for one day but did not receive the confirmation so I again called customer care and then it was told to me that voucher is not issued only refund will be given.
As per the initial promise of customer care executive I should receive the full voucher amount. Please help. Was this information helpful? |
