[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — items stolen from my check-in luggage. | |||
I've travelling in indigo 6E 381 goa-hyd flight at 2:40 pm today(3rd Dec, 2018). I had my wallet filled with cash, debit cards and personal belongings, headphones in my check-in luggage. I got the luggage back after landing only to find out someone opened the bag and stole the belongings mentioned. It has obviously been done by either airport authorities or indigo employees and if they have to blame someone else for this act it would in turn prove their worst security for customer's belongings. I can't think of anything more unprofessional than this. We pay a full amount and board the flight being relieved of our worries of the luggage which supposedly is been taken care by the airlines. I believe for such a hideous act, even a full compensation does not suffice. Please provide me a solution to this before I could take any further action against it. This is so not acceptable to me.
