[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — itinerary change without the consent of customer.

I booked a ticket with Indigo Airlines from Trivandrum to Pune and back via booking reference "ODL5HP" obn 19 December 2018.

when I reached the Pune Airport for Return Journey, the counter staff changed my itinerary to Kochi instead of Trivandrum. I was in a very bad situation and forced to accept the itinerary as i have to travel the same date.
This change was done without the consent of me and it was a nightmare for me to travel from Kochi to Trivandrum and the Airline didn't provided any travel assistance from kochi to Trivandrum.

Since it was the last flight and understanding the urgency of reaching the destination on the same day. Our staff has accommodated you in Chennai to Kochi flight, which was travelled by you.
