[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — lies and unethical behaviour

Incident: Flight was delayed and boarding announcement made at 7.10 PM.
Indigo stuffs boarded us in wrong bus at Gate 13 which was for Mumbai and took us to arrival.
Recreated the boarding pass and made us pass through security check
Rushed through again to Gate 13
Upon boarding the flight at around 9 PM, i realized i left my mobile moto X and 1.5 copper water bottle during security check.

Immediately I informed the crew in flight and she said would not be able to communicate with ground staff.

11.45 PM we landed in Kolkata and after collecting my baggage, I asked the ground staff for the lost item. The girl in the helpdesk told she could not help and i need to speak to the airport manager sitting in first floor and i need to take left after exit.

With 35KG luggage for which they charged sufficiently, I went out and when i enquired where is the manager, and do i go to 1st floor, i was informed that since i already exited i cannot go inside.

Around 12.10 AM i got hold of my co passenger who helped to contact my parents to reach home which is about 80KM from airport.

It is extremely unethical that they lied in each step since i informed them that i lost my mobile and it is difficult to commute in the night without contacting my parents. This is extreme unethical behavior and could have led me to any kind of mishap in with the middle of the night with lot of luggage and no mobile to contact for help. How could they just show me the exit gate, and not proper way to the manager.

I want proper explanation from Indigo for this incident with relevant justification.
