Sir, This is to inform that the undersigned has booked your flight through make my trip.com from Patna to luchnow and back and with pnr nos. J7PFWP to depart for luchnow at 18:40 hrs on 18.1.16. However the flight was delayed by more than 1 hrs. Due to which the undersigned had to postpone his travel as time was essence for his travel... It is informed that the delay has now made my visit fruitless and under the circumstances I did not board the flight...
