[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — loss of jewellery diamond earring while check in luggage.

Sir/ mam, i am kennu rina. I hereby request you to draw your attention towards my problem. I was travelling today i. E on 6 may 2019 from guwahati to delhi connecting flight from amritsar. I have lost my earring from airport while checking in the bag. The box was kept at the outlet compartment of the bag. My flight 6e-2895 bearing pnr no. Cgpemw and seat no. 11 a. Kindly help me with this issue. I totally blame the carelessness of airlines. The jewellery box has been kept emptied and earring has been taken out while checkin. Hoping for a necessary action.

Sorry for the experience. We always try and deliver the baggage in the same condition we receive it in. Further, please let us know if it was reported to our arrival staff and accordingly share the complaint acknowledgement copy named as PIR via private message, so we may get this checked.

When I reached home I came to know lately . Someone took it directly from the bag itself.

Please know that as per conditions of carriage, a customer who leaves the baggage delivery area without reporting a bag as missing or damaged to an IndiGo representative will be deemed to have received his/her bag correctly and in good condition. As there was no complaint raised on arrival regarding the same. Nevertheless, we have shared this as feedback with the concerned airport team for further review and to ensure baggage delivery as per the standard practices.

Dear Team,

I forgotten a Hand bag Item on Lucknow Airport to Pune by jaipur, on 3rd May 2019 in flight @ 4:30 pm & we checked in @ 3:00 pm.

Request you to provide my missed hand bag item because i kept few important documents in that bag also.
