I too had traveled from Darbhanga to hyderabad in the 1st week of Nov 2022 by indigo. I had checked in 2 baggage at Darbhanga, received only 1 at hyderabad. Indigo representative claimed at hyderabad airport that the baggage will be recovered and be send to my shared residence in next 24 hours. Although, that 24 hours never came.
Later after 1 week, indigo proposed to settle with Rs 4550 approx as per weight of the luggage. I thought to accept as I was very sure that indigo can't find my luggage.
In the process, I shared them canceled check of my salaried account of ICICI. However, now they said NEFT is not working with my account. So they are suggesting other account details.
Please note this is 30th Jan 2022.
Now I realized that they actually don't want to even provide minimum compensation.
I want to go for consumer court..
