[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — Luggage damage related

I travelled from Nagpur to Ahmedabad via Mumbai on 16-Sep-2022 (PNR- QTR2HX) . While I collected my Bag from belt No. 3 at Ahmedabad, the main flap/cover of my bag was in open condition and the things inside were also shuffled. Actually my bag was locked with two riders of main chain of bag. But while the bag received was without lock and without both the chain riders. Looking at the condition of chain, it don't have even a minor damage. that means the rider/lock was not breacked due to it was stuck anywhere. It clearly seems, it was broken/opened with some special instrument without damage of chain by some airport officials. While I shown the bag condition at Ahmedabad Airport Indigo Customer Service counter near Belt-3, they took photos of my bag and weighed my bag and the weight was same and even none of my items were lost.
