[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — luggage damaged | |||
I had traveled by indigo flight 6e 7211 from hyd to vga with my office colleague, i have checked in my new baggae in fast fwd service with a priorty tag surprisingly on reciept the wheel of the bag is broken and is fully scratched up. Its horrible with you guys that such meaningless service ypu provide and is not bothered of passenger luggage. I have connecting journey on forth from here and entire trip becomes an headache with wheels broken. Sorry to say but ashamed of rating agencies who gives you all number 1 airlines and so forth award. I wanted to make a fuss at airport but there is no office o[censored]rs neither can see the staff around. Do let me know how ypu wanna compensate for such loss.
