Hello I'm Ashwin bhatkar. I travelled from mumbai international airport on 10/12/2021 to agartala via kolkatta with my senior colleague and noticed my bag was missing at agartala airport.. i filled up a form about missing luggage at agartala airport and later agartala airport called me and said due to mobile powerbank equipment available in my luggage it was not carried ahead at mumbai airport after scanning process. But yesterday i filled up another form for removal of the power bank and later send rest of my luggage asap.. im still contacting indigo airlines but i haven't got any responce.. agartala airport staff already mailed in mumbai to indigo airlines regarding the issue.. I need to know when will i receive my bag?
Another thing PNR sticker attached to my bag belongs to one of my colleagues named ashfaq Mohammad khan who was travelling with me which was terrible mistake done by the lady who checks the boarding pass and ticket.. Because i have to travel another place tomorrow from agartala I request you to sort out the issue asap.. thank you. Was this information helpful? |
