[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Misbehaviour of staff

I am writing this complaint letter for the attention of your customer experience team.

My father and mother had booked a flight with Indigo Airlines from Delhi to Varanasi on 23rd June 2023, PNR: DM5V2V boarding time 10:25 and boarding zone 3. When they were going for boarding pass one of your airlines staff was going with the trolley and hit the trolley to my mother, being an old lady, she screamed in pain and after seeing her my father had shouted at the staff and instead of apologizing for his mistake, the Indigo staff member had done misbehaved with my parents. My father immediately called the customer care manager, and he too was not as cooperative as my father wished for. When he was back in the row to board the plane, the staff ignored them and shifted them from row to row. It was like they wanted my parents to miss the flight and even blamed my parents for roaming in the airport without tickets. When they finally boarded and reached the Banaras airport my parents were made to wait for their luggage as it arrived after everyone’s languages were out and they got theirs after 1 hour of waiting at the airport. Your staff should have given their support and sympathy to my parents and not misbehaved with them and made them suffer from this type of behaviour in your regard.

Surely you are not aware of the subsequent rude behaviour that passengers such as my parents were subjected to. We have been traveling from your airlines for years and have never been so shocked by this behaviour. You should check the CCTV footage between 9 to 10 o’clock to confirm the behaviour of your staff with my parents.

I believe Indigo Airlines needs to take full responsibility for the inconvenience and rude behaviour of staff.We want to know what steps you have taken for this misbehave with my parents and I want an apology as soon as possible.
