[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — misbehaviour with traveller

I am an indian soldier posted at srinagar. Today i am traveling in indigo flight no 6e 576 from sxr to lko. You know that the life army personnel is very tough. I have to carry all my personal items also uniform during leave. When i went to counter to collect ticket my luggage weight was 4kg more than authorise. I request to mr zunaid khan who was on ticket counter to merge my extra weight alongwith my subordinates but he didn't do started arguing and said that what ever you soldier in army you are not doing favour to being a army man and made a payment for rupees 1500. I want to ask a question to you this is not your duty to give some privilege to army personnel. I request u pl check and take action.

As checked booking is made under Defense category which means upto 50% discount on base fare is provided with standard baggage policy and is open to Indian Defense and paramilitary personnel only.
