[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — missed a flight because of indigo staff | |||
I booked ticket from banglore to kochi and my flight was at 4pm sep 2. I was at airport by 3.10 it was very busy in the boarding pass printing que. So the satff asked us to take the machine by then we lost 10 mins. It showed flight closed in the the machine. We had to again to the long que. The staff told us you are on time. After reaching the counter they told we cant do anything please leave us. It was so cruel. It was clear that they were no people in flight so he purposefully put us to the next flight. We would like to inform you that check-in counter closes 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time of flight and incase of a rush at counter our team tries to expedite the procedure. However, it is pertinent to note that reporting on-time is the passenger's sole responsibility. Also, we advise our passengers to reach the airport 2 hrs prior to the scheduled departure to avoid any last min hassle. Since, our check-in counter was closed at the time of your reporting, our staff was unable to accept you for the flight. We look forward towards your understanding in this regard.
