Indigo Airlines — Missed flight | |||||
My wife jayashree Sati was travelling from mumbaI to dehradun on 1/07/2017 by indigo details as follows 6e298 bom to delhi connecting 6e246 delhi to dehradun booking ref H9MT8M on reaching delhi she did security check in and was waiting for boarding. flight left for dehradun with her luggage on board without informing her to board. when my wife asked about it they said delhi is silent airport. I don't thing this complaint will make any difference .there were other passengers who had been left off. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Who are extremely rude, in particular a MR Ravinder SINGH, who states that he is the senior most manager in Chandigarh, and not answerable to anyone. From the attitude of Indigo it seems like he actually is a bog shot. When we tried to complain about him, his actual 'duty manager' was unable to meet us because of a 'audit'.
